This Is Not My Adventure – Published in Uncanny Magazine #30, their Disabled People Destroy Fantasy special issue, October 1, 2019 (2,030 words). After losing his mom, Kevin tries to go back to the wondrous land where he used to go on adventures, but his old friends tell him he can’t stay there. A gentle story about grief, loss and when to let others help.
